Adrian Cunje is one of Inter Valley Escrow’s best Escrow Officers who also serves as the Branch Manager for Inter Valley’s Glendale Office. Adrian offers proven escrow expertise in Residential, Short Sale, Commercial and Refinance transactions. What truly sets him apart is his real estate experience (both in the Escrow Industry and as a Loan Officer), coupled with his commitment to excellence and customer service.
Adrian was born in beautiful British Guyana, South America, and raised in Eagle Rock, California with a strong sense of loyalty to family and friends. He considers his clients to be part of his extended family. Adrian proves this every day by consistently going “above and beyond” on all of his transactions. He prides himself on treating every Buyer, Seller, Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer with the same warmth and sensitivity he would his own family.
A graduate of Occidental College, with a strong liberal arts education, Adrian is accustomed to setting and achieving difficult goals.

Margie Gloria
Margie started her real estate journey in 1997 at a mortgage company. Years later, she found her fit in escrow, where she learned how the purchase, sale, and refinance of property really work. But joining Inter Valley Escrow under Adrian Cunje gave her more than just understanding—it gave her the experience to grow and the confidence to take on the challenges that come with the job. There are heartaches, but the most rewarding part is learning something new every day and meeting amazing people along the way.
And to balance out the chaotic world of escrow, Margie enjoys shopping, singing, and dancing—all from the comfort of her home.
Gloria Thompson
Gloria began working in escrow in 1998 and brings a strong passion for organization and attention to detail to her role. She thrives in high pressure environments. Gloria takes pride in providing smooth, efficient transaction and ensuring clients feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Gloria enjoys spending quality time with her close-knit family, especially her seven sisters and her beloved 1yr old grandson, Malachi. She loves and enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. She also, is a sports enthusiast and enjoys cheering on her favorite football, basketball, and baseball teams.
Krystal Hernandez
Since beginning her escrow career in 2016, Krystal Hernandez has become one of Inter Valley Escrow’s most trusted professionals, handling residential, commercial, and refinance transactions with expertise. Known for her “can-do” attitude and problem-solving skills, Krystal provides agents, buyers, and sellers with confidence and peace of mind throughout the escrow process.
A proud Glendale native, Krystal is dedicated to building lasting relationships within her community. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and valued. Her positive energy and perseverance make even the most challenging transactions smooth and stress-free.

Lisa’s escrow career began in 1989, and her extensive expertise and professionalism continue to guide each transaction she oversees.
