Inter Valley Escrow started like most escrow companies do; choosing a city to service (Glendale), choosing a name, applying with the Department of Corporations, placing $100,000 in a trust account, hiring an Escrow Officer to manage and a receptionist to help assist. In September 1989 the journey began. Struggling along, the two employees weren’t getting enough business for this little  start-up to stay afloat, so four months down the road, two fresh faces were added to the mix and the ball started rolling. By 1993, IVE was the premiere escrow company in Glendale with five escrow teams successfully building the business and a positive reputation. Pasadena was the next target, and in April of the same year, IVE opened in the Crown City. Emboldened by this successful expansion, the La Canada Flintridge Branch opened shortly thereafter in October 1993. A  market downturn slowed the companies growth, but perseverance paid off and 30 years from our opening, we are still a dominating force in all of our market-places. Our executive team members are all local residents who were raised in the area we serve, and continue to raise their families, work, and play in the same place our clients do.
