Chloe Young is a Southern California native with deep roots in the San Fernando Valley. A family-oriented individual, she treasures spending quality time with her mother and her senior dog, Lucy. Chloe embarked on her escrow career in 2016, starting as an Escrow Assistant alongside a high-performing Escrow Officer. It didn’t take long for her to discover that escrow was her true calling. Within a year and a half, her hard work and determination earned her a promotion to Lead Escrow Assistant.
Her old-school work ethic and ability to foster strong relationships with clients quickly set her apart. Known for thriving under pressure, Chloe prides herself on delivering exceptional service and managing transactions efficiently. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills are key to her success in navigating the complexities of the escrow process.
Chloe specializes in New Construction, Purchases, and Residential Sales, with a focus on making the buying and selling process as seamless and stress-free as possible for her clients. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or experienced investors, she finds fulfillment in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
