I was introduced to Roubina Der Sarkissian through Arax Tounian at Hall & Chambers, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for them both while I was selling my home. Roubina provided us with exceptional escrow services and she made everything very simple for us. Thankful she customized and personalized everything for us so the process was so simple for me. My agent, Arax, was so happy and she couldn't stop reiterating how easy our escrow was going. I couldn't be happier with everything. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

I am Real Estate and Mortgage Broker and have been working with Inter Valley escrow for many years specifically with Roubina and Erik and their amazing team, they are so helpful and so knowledgeable of real estate transactions, they are on top of everything, fast respond and fast closing.
I highly recommend their services, if there were more stars I'd give it to them!
